The contract is for Merck, known outside of the United States and Canada as MSD.
The US$80m (拢50.5m) project includes the extensive renovation of more than 23,000m2 of chemistry and biology laboratories. Work on the scheme begins in November and is scheduled to be completed in spring 2013.
