One of them is a US$45m deal to expand the city鈥檚 ferry service programme. Under the contract with New York City Economic Development Corporation, Skanska will build 10 new ferry landings and upgrade three more.聽
蘑菇传媒 will begin in spring next year and substantial completion is expected in summer 2018.
The second contract is for a US$68m educational research facility due for completion in 2017.
