Scope
Description
Platform Housing Group are looking to appoint an auditing contractor to provide an independent auditing service.
Auditing activities shall be required across a range of building safety activities including the following:
鈥� Gas safety inspections
鈥� Electrical safety inspections
鈥� Renewable heating systems
鈥� Solid Fuel & Oil fired heating systems
鈥� Asbestos
鈥� Legionella risk assessments
鈥� Passenger lift maintenance
鈥� Fumes investigations
鈥� DSEARs
