Description
This contract is looking for a prime contractor for the provision of spares, repairs, technical support and Obsolescence for the following types of Submarine Valves, Actuators and their components for all In-service Submarines, circa 4,000 NSNs: ​

There will also be a small requirement for valves and actuators for RN surface fleet.​

Description of possible extension:

This Tender will have a Conditions of Participation Stage and Invitation to Tender Stage, for the prospective Tenderers. For the Conditions of Participation, all Tenderers who wish to participate in this Tender are to follow the following link: to obtain access to the Conditions of Participation questions and Conditions of Participation Guidance and Instruction document. Following the Conditions of Participation Evaluation, detailed within the Award Criteria section of this notice, all successful prospective Tenderers will be invited to Invitation to Tender, and Contractual Documentation, Invitation to Tender Guidance and Instructions and Award Criteria will be shared with the successful prospective Tenderers at this stage. Any updates to the documentation will be shared will all prospective Tenderers at that stage, via DSP.

Documents to be provided after the tender notice
Any updated documentation for Conditions of Participation Project Specific Questionnaire and Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be submitted, over and above what has been included in both Conditions of Participation Project Specific Questionnaire and ITT, will be uploaded to the documentation within the stage of the Tender for all Potential Tenders at that stage. Potential Tenderers who meet the criteria to proceed to Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be invited to the ITT where the ITT documentation will be included within the attachment for ITT.
