Scope
Description
Blackpool Council requires the ad-hoc supply of CCTV equipment and spares as and when required, to support a range of potential future projects.
This includes the provision of CCTV equipment for ongoing upgrades and maintenance of existing systems on an as-needed basis.
Total value (estimated)
- 拢800,000 excluding VAT
- 拢1,500,000 including VAT

Description of possible extension:
The agreement may be extended incrementally for a period of up to 1 year plus 1 year subject to satisfactory contract review and budget availability.
Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
The Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the volume of goods and services in line with operational requirements. Furthermore, where additional or ancillary items are necessary to support project delivery, these may be incorporated into the contract, provided that such additions do not constitute a material change to the scope of the agreement.
