CFL intent is to engage in a Framework Agreement with a number of Contractors with the appropriate qualifications and marine experience to support Marine Accommodation Refurbishment services (Lot 1 - Hygiene Refurbishments) across the fleet.
Marine Accommodation Refurbishments is the modernisation or improvement of onboard living and communal spaces, i.e. sanitary areas, public spaces and crew accommodation.
The Contractor(s) is responsible for provision and installation of all Refurbishment materials and/or equipment. All equipment and materials are to be new, durable and must be in compliance with the latest SOLAS/MCA/LRS requirements/approvals/certification.
Tenderers are invited to bid for any or all Lots. This invitation is issued as a desktop tendering exercise only.

List and brief description of selection criteria
The Bidder should provide its (“general”) yearly turnover for 3 (three) financial years.
The Bidder should provide its ("specific") yearly turnover for 3 (three) financial years.
The bidder confirms they already have or can commit to obtain, prior to the commencement of the contract, the levels of insurance cover indicated below:
Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 5 million GBP, each and every claim.
Public Liability Insurance = 5 million GBP, per event with no annual aggregate. There must be no marine exclusions in the policy.
Product Liability Insurance = 5 million GBP, there must be no marine exclusions and a completed operations extension.
Professional Indemnity Insurance = 10 million GBP each and every claim
Contractors’ Public and Products Liability policies must have no marine exclusions and respond to damage arising from their works, including where working onboard vessels.
