This contract comprises the following Works/ Services provision to various Falkirk Council properties: -

(a) Ad hoc joinery repairs and works to the fabric/ fittings/ fixtures as may be required from time to time on a daywork basis;

(b) The service provision is to be provided on a “during normal working hours only” basis. That is from 8.00am to 5.00pm, 5 days per week, excluding any Public Holidays. Note – Service provision is required during the traditional Christmas, New Year and Easter Ģý shutdown periods, apart from the Public Holidays contained within these weeks;

(c) A 2-hour emergency call out service must be provided during normal working hours (8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday);

(d) All as noted and detailed in the General Preamble and Scope of Works.
