Description

Lot 1 is working with the PCS (Property 蘑菇传媒 Services), reactive and planned maintenance within the broad property portfolio of corporate buildings.

• 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031
• 5 years

Description

Lot 2 with BTS (Building & Technical Services) to cover blockages of toilets, baths, sinks, manholes, CCTV camera work. Also reports and investigations for pests. Mainly residential properties.
