The call out period would be expected for a period of two years following completion.

Lot 7. Stock Straight Stairlifts

Description

This Lot is for any Stock straight stairlifts we may require in relation to this tender. NCC currently holds a stock of six stairlifts with the current supplier and will require the purchase of additional reconditioned lifts from time to time. Upon instruction, we would need the stock lift to be installed within three days.

As part of this award, if the supplier is to be appointed, they would need to arrange with the incumbent supplier to arrange collection of stairlifts already owned by NCC that is being stored on their behalf.

Description

This Lot is for any stairlift, through floor lift and external platform lift repairs service we may require in relation to this tender and example of works we would ask you to carry out are listed below;

• Call-out, fault-find and repair to an existing lift (to predominantly Stannah & Thyssen models) using genuine component parts. This also includes replacement of batteries.

We would require same day attendance to repair the lift and for emergencies within 3 hours.
