Description

Framework agreement for the provision of Damp Preservation works. The majority of works will be completed on empty (void) Properties however services may be required in vacant properties as and when required. This contract is to help support our in house team, Gentoo will complete the initial inspection and if necessary reach out to the supplier to complete their own inspection then complete the necessary damp preservation works and make good on the property.

Tenderers must confirm that you have operatives based within the Tyne and Wear, Northumberland or Teesside Region. This should ideally be supported by access to a Tyne and Wear, Northumberland or Teesside based depot, compound, yard or operational office from which operatives, plant, vehicles and materials are deployed.

Tenderers are advised that should they not meet this criteria, you will fail the assessment and their bid will be rejected.
