Description
ABC seeks to appoint a qualified and experienced Structural Engineering Consultant to investigate and report on structural issues identified within its residential property portfolio and commercial portfolio. The appointed consultant will provide expert advice, prepare detailed specifications for remedial works, assist with tender documentation, and oversee the execution of the works to ensure that all structural defects are rectified to the highest standard.
