Utilising our highly skilled and experienced professionals we assist Clients, Principal Designers and Principal Contractors in complying with their CDM obligations.

Asbestos Management Services

The key to the management of asbestos is to identify the location, type, condition and extent of any Asbestos Containing Materials. Marpal can accomplish this by carrying out an asbestos survey. The type of survey conducted will be dependent upon the nature and the activities being carried out, or the proposed activities within your premises.

As part of our services we will manage asbestos on your premises by preparing an Asbestos Management Plan and carrying out regular Asbestos Re inspections.

Site Safety Inspections

As part of the services we offer, Marpal undertake Site Safety Inspections on behalf of both Clients and Principal Contractors. Rather than simply conducting a policing exercise, we offer friendly advice with the aim of improving health and safety standards and correcting any non-conformities.

Health and Safety Training

Marpal offer a variety of training courses to assist organisations in meeting their legal duties, demonstrating competence and improving health and safety standards on site. Our trainers are highly experienced and apply the highest professional standards.

Fire Safety Service

Marpal offer Fire Safety Services to most industry sectors across the UK. As an employer, landlord or responsible person of premises, you have certain legal responsibilities regarding fire safety to your employees, tenants and/or visitors under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. You must, regardless of the level of risk, conduct a Fire Risk Assessment.

Contractor Health and Safety

Marpal recognise that the key to improving 蘑菇传媒 Health and Safety standards is by ensuring that the best possible advice, procedures and safety management systems are available to all Contractors and not only the elite. We offer health and safety support to small and medium sized companies ensuring compliance with the CDM Regulations and relevant Health and Safety Law.

HSF/Building Manuals

As part of the services we offer include the production of Health and Safety Files and Operation and Maintenance Manuals both in hard copy and electronically. We add value by involving our experienced CDM Co-ordinators in the co-ordination and production of information.
